FLEET COMPLIANCE

 Compliance encompasses every vehicle in our fleet registered with the DOT.

- Maintain an up-to-date copy of FMCSA rules at all times.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, documenting findings.
- Implement a routine vehicle maintenance program record all activities.
- Each vehicle displays its official DOT/MC registration number.
- Keep a comprehensive record of any incidents that occur on the road.

DRIVER COMPLIANCE

-Every driver possesses a copy of FMCSA rules:
We obtain a signed agreement from each driver confirming they have read and understood their responsibilities regarding FMCSA rules.
- Maintain records of driver qualifications and safety history.
- Document all hours of service (HOS) for each driver.
- Conduct pre-employment drug testing each driver and retain documentation (including any history previous drug or alcohol abuse, if available).
- Perform random drug testing of all drivers regularly and record all results

-Report any and all accidents
- Ensure all drivers undergo drug and alcohol testing in accordance with DOT regulations.
